Shipping for Returns
- Free return pickup if the issue is from our side.
- Otherwise, the customer may bear the shipping cost.
Refunds
- Issued within 5–7 business days after verification.
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Replacements
- Available if the item is in stock.
- Processed after the returned item is approved.
